Looking for a place beyond work and home? Our pottery studio is a welcoming third space for creativity and community. We offer a relaxed but dedicated environment for makers of all experience levels. Become a member to enjoy 24/7 access to the space, access to studio tools and equipment, and invitations to member gatherings and studio events.

Unlimited Membership - $295/month

Includes all membership benefits and a personal shelf measuring 24 inches wide x 18 inches x 12 inches high.

University Membership - $150/month

The University Membership Plan is reserved for students, faculty, and staff of an accredited university.

Includes all membership benefits and a personal shelf measuring 12 inches wide x 18 inches x 9 inches high.

Ongoing Skills Development Membership

This membership type includes a 90-minute intermediate wheel or intermediate hand building class once a week. Check out the full details of this membership type here.

Membership Benefits

Clay is not included in membership costs. Membership management and clay purchasing are handled through KilnFire.

Studio Info

  • 26 pottery wheels

  • Slab roller

  • Hand building stations

  • Communal pottery tools

  • 12 dip glazes, a small selection of paint-on glazes, and a wide selection of underglazes.

  • 3 electric kilns: bisque to Δ04 and glaze to Δ5

  • Set firing schedule

  • Communal lounge

  • Clays stored and sold on site

Experience requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older

  • Prior experience with clay and studio operations required (e.g. glazing safety, equipment use, cleaning standards)

  • Completion of at least one of our 8-week courses OR completion of a class series at another studio OR at least two months of membership at another pottery studio

  • Studio orientation is required before independent studio use

Why do we have experience requirements?

Because we’re a 24/7 community studio, our requirements ensure that all of our community members have the necessary knowledge to safely handle clay and operate studio equipment. This also ensures our shared space remains clean and helps to reduce known health hazards associated with clay and ceramic materials.
